30-Day Return Window
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, clean, and in original condition
- All original packaging must be preserved
For footwear, the original box must be returned intact.
We recommend placing it inside an outer shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
- You will be notified of the approval status
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
