Does it really look like real wood?
Yes. The high-definition printed texture replicates the grain and rhythm of traditional wood slat panelling. From a normal viewing distance — and certainly in photographs — it's indistinguishable from solid timber.
Will it damage my walls when I remove it?
No, provided the wall is in good condition. LINHAR® peels away cleanly without taking paint or plaster with it. It's specifically designed to be renter-friendly — ideal for flats, rentals, and anyone who likes to refresh their space without permanent commitment.
Do I need a tradesperson to install it?
No. 95% of our customers install it themselves. You'll only need a craft knife, a metal ruler, and a clean wall. Most feature walls are completed in 1–2 hours.
Will it stay stuck long-term?
Yes. When applied to a clean, smooth, dry surface, the industrial-grade adhesive holds for years. It won't bubble, warp, or attract pests like real timber can.
Can I use it in bathrooms or kitchens?
LINHAR® is moisture resistant and suitable for general interior use including kitchens. We don't recommend direct contact with water (e.g. inside shower enclosures), but it performs perfectly on splashback areas, accent walls, and feature walls in any room of the home.
